At Jack59, we are committed to providing salon-quality products with exceptional customer service. Please read the following carefully, as it applies to all purchases made directly through Jack59.ca for personal use (not for resale).
1. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, claims must be filed directly with the courier.
- Please refer to our Shipping Policy for courier claim instructions.

2. Defective or Damaged Products (Non-Shipping Related)
If you receive a defective or damaged product not caused by shipping:
- Contact greathair@jack59.ca within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
- A description of the issue
- After inspection and verification, Jack59 will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
- Replacements will only be issued if:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, and
- The defect or damage is determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.
- If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at Jack59’s discretion.
3. Returns for Preference
- For health, safety, and quality control reasons, Jack59 does not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference such as scent, product choice, or change of mind.
- Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists prior to purchase.
4. Sale & Final Sale Items
- All sale, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Original shipping and handling fees from your order are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping Costs
· If your return is due to a defective or damaged product, Jack59 will cover the return shipping cost to send the product back to us.
· If a return is approved under any other condition, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
7. Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale and business-to-business orders are subject to different policies.
- Wholesale partners can review the most up-to-date terms by logging into their Jack59 wholesale account.
8. Additional Conditions
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund or replacement requests.
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Jack59.ca. Customers who purchase from other retailers must contact that retailer regarding returns or refunds.
