Shipping Policy

We ship all orders with care and transparency. Please read the following to understand how we process and deliver orders made directly through Jack59.ca (for personal use, not for resale).

1. Order Processing & Carriers

  • We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • All orders include automatic tracking, which is sent to the email used at checkout.
  • Our carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx (and others as needed).

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping is available for Canadian orders over CAD $50.
  • For wholesale orders, free shipping applies for orders over CAD $1,000.
  • All prices and fees are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

3. Insurance, Signatures & High-Value Orders

  • Jack59 does not provide insurance on shipments directly.
  • Coverage for loss, theft, or damage is determined by the courier’s own insurance policies or by Route Package Protection if selected at checkout.
  • Courier coverage amounts, limits, and procedures (including default coverage thresholds such as CAD $100) are set by each courier and subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current terms directly with the courier.
  • For added protection, Jack59 strongly recommends keeping Route Package Protection selected at checkout.
  • If Route is declined, customers assume full responsibility for working directly with the courier in the event of loss, theft, or damage.

4. Route Package Protection

  • Route Package Protection is automatically selected at checkout to provide extensive coverage for loss, theft, or damage. Review Route Terms and Conditions.
  • If you opt out of Route, you must file claims directly with the courier specified in your order.
  • Claims with Route should be filed via the Route Claims Portal.

5. Shipping Timelines by Region

  • Within Alberta: 1–3 days
  • Rest of Canada: generally within 7 business days
  • United States: currently paused – we are unable to process U.S. deliveries at this time
  • International: approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, or public holidays.

6. Duties, Taxes, & International Orders

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Jack59 is not liable for those additional charges, and they are not included in checkout pricing.

7. Address Accuracy & Reshipment Fees

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect address entry.
  • If a carrier returns a package to us due to address verification failure, the customer is responsible for additional reshipment costs.

8. Disclaimer on Courier Policies

  • Courier procedures, limitations, and timelines can change at any time.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying the latest policies directly with the courier when filing claims or disputes.

9. Wholesale Orders

  • Shipping policies for wholesale / business-to-business orders may differ in pricing, timelines, or insurance.
  • Wholesale partners should refer to their Jack59 wholesale account for full shipping terms.
