REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we have decided on a no returns policy, our promise to you is to never resell any product that has been out of our hands, even if the product has not been opened.

We are extremely passionate about quality, and for us to grow as a company we greatly appreciate and encourage any feedback (positive/negative) on our soaps, packaging, or your experience you have with us!

When you place an order with us you’ll be happy to know that it will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it leaves our shop. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All of our shipping rates (Canada, US & International) are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order.

Our shipping is provided by Canada Post and the following terms should be noted:

ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADA AND USA
1. All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number which you can use at the following site: https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home
2. Orders with a value up to $100 are insured.
3. Orders with a value over $100 will require additional insurance and will also require a signature confirmation. You may waive this fee and ask for this to be refunded to you. However, you must accept full responsibility and we will not refund or replace your purchase should anything happen to your shipment.

ADVERTISING POLICY

We appreciate the effort and expense that is associated with the sale of any JACK59 product and JACK59 distributed product lines (JACK59 PRODUCTS) whether this occurs at a brick and mortar establishment or on the internet. However, nothing is more destructive to a company's brand than downward advertised prices. Advertising with respect to the Internet refers to all information regarding JACK59 product on an Internet website, other than pricing associated with an intent to purchase (added to shopping cart or order). Internet advertising includes search engine advertising, banners, shopping engines and on an Internet Retailer's home and product pages (including pop-up ads) that include information about JACK59 PRODUCTS. Therefore, we have established this Sales and Advertising Policy to continue to grow the value of our JACK59 brand.

This Policy applies to all of our customers, all of our products and is effective JUNE 15, 2013. We continually review our accounts with respect to advertised pricing and to verify that only our authorized customers are actually selling JACK59 PRODUCTS and using our copyrighted artwork, photography, images and other marketing and sales material. The following represent specific points of this Policy:

• Unless vou and JACK59 have separately agreed in writing, you agree to sell all JACK59 PRODUCTS which vou have purchased only to retail end user customers and not for resale, and only at the specified locations/websites listed below and approved in writing by JACK59.
• You agree to sell JACK59 PRODUCTS only under your corporate name or your commonly established trade name, e.g. no resale under a new d/b/a/ or other fictitious name unless approved in writing by JACK59.
• You understand and agree that it is our policy that JACK59 PRODUCTS shall be advertised at no less than $.05 below the Minimum Advertised Price ("MAP") established by this Policy, which we believe allows an advertised price that makes good retail sense for you and for JACK59. Unless we otherwise agree the MAP price is double the regular full wholesale price as quoted to you or as specified in our catalogues.

• You agree not to sell any JACK59 PRODUCTS on Amazon.ca or through E-Bay or any other similar internet auction site, or through a co-op or group sale, without our prior written approval.

• Under no circumstances can JACK59 STUDIO branded product be listed on 3rd party website including Amazon, Etsy, E-Bay, Sears, LNT without express approval in writing from a sales manager.
